Making this decision is a step towards change, because you are acknowledging that you want or need something in your life to go in a different direction. I provide individual and couple therapy with a focus on building healthy connections with ourselves and others. I also emphasize healthy relationships between our mind, body and spirit to develop and strengthen our authentic selves.
I offer Virtual sessions, Eco-Therapy, also called Nature Therapy and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP). Eco-Therapy includes quiet time in nature, meditation and sensory awareness exercises. EAP includes a combination of experiences and activities with horses as well as talking about what those experiences mean to you.
