I believe that a very important part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. My natural approach to therapy is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment by providing empathy and developing trust. We will work together toward self-awareness and finding balance to produce healing and meaningful change. I enjoy working with families to build stronger relationships through understanding and positive communication.
My clinical experience is working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, low self esteem, relationship difficulties, and adjustment concerns. I have tools to help families heal from grief/loss, as well as ways to help couples build a stronger, more intimate connection with each other.
