Angela wants people to feel warm, accepted, and not judged for seeking help. Angela believes in the power of Mindfulness based practices and routinely incorporates them into sessions. Angela specialized in helping those in the LGBTQIA+ community, those with anxiety problems, suffering from depression, and those who suffered trauma (PTSD) She also trained in CBT, TFCBT, DBT, and EMDR. Angela is a huge animal lover. She currently has 2 indoor cats, 1outdoor cats. She has also had everything from dogs to rabbits to lizards, to a bird in the past.
Outside of work she enjoys acting, reading classic literature, adult coloring books, and going to the movies nearly every weekend.
