I enjoy working with clients that struggle with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. These clients often simply need to be heard and need assistance talking through the chaos and unease in their minds. I enjoy working with individuals to develop healthy, effective coping skills while identifying unhealthy thought and behavioral patterns.
I have experience working with a variety of diagnoses and issues. I work with many clients that have both mental health and substance abuse issues, or one or the other. While I enjoy working with adults, I also love to work with children and their parents in creating a solid mental foundation for them to grow and prosper.
