I enjoy working with adults and adolescents, either individually or with their families.
I provide psychotherapy primarily from a CBT model, including mindfulness and acceptance based treatments such as DBT and ACT. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ people, especially transgender people and their families. I have extensive experience in working with adolescents and families, and in the treatment of eating disorders.
