I'm an associate licensed clinical social worker who holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Seattle University. I've worked in treatment settings, such as permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless veterans, in home services for children on the autism spectrum, an emergency men’s shelter, a hospital, and a community mental health agency providing telehealth and in-home therapeutic services.
I provide therapy for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship and family issues, and grief. I use many modalities including trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and strength-based therapy. My style is client-centered, and I draw from relational and feminist theories.
