I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania that specializes in working with individuals with suicidal thoughts, and domestic violence. I have many years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults.
I can explore with you the challenges you face and help you develop coping skills and increase awareness. My main focus is on providing empathy, support, and resources. I use an integrative wellness approach by incorporating mindfulness and cognitive behavioral approaches to help address your challenges.
