Life can be challenging at times, especially when struggling mentally and emotionally. I have experience working with a diverse population, and providing individual, family, and couples counseling. I am currently in the process of obtaining my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), and I am trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I approach all my clients with compassion and respect, helping them to feel validated and empowered.
I am passionate about providing therapeutic services to individuals and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment issues, self-esteem, family conflict including marital and parent/child issues, impulsivity/hyperactivity, anger, oppositional/conduct, and self-harm.
Seeking out treatment places an individual in a vulnerable position of facing their challenges head on. Through treatment, individuals learn to identify the strengths they possess, and how to utilize these strengths in a manner that will help them have peace and clarity in their life.
