Are you or your child struggling with attention, anxiety, sadness,learning disabilities or relationship concerns? I provide a calm and comforting environment. Neuropsychological/psychological evaluations to diagnose and provide recommendations are also a focus . We can evaluate for psychiatric conditions, learning disabilities, ADHD, processing speed issues. Recommendations for IEP and 504 plans and for standardized testing accommodations. Our evaluations contain specific and detailed recommendations to assist with treatment planning, goal achievement, and attainment of accommodations and/or educational modifications.
My treatment approach utilizes interpersonal, mindfulness, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral treatments. My primary focus has been treating individuals with attentional issues, mood or anxiety disorders, behavioral disorders, as well as family/relationship conflict that arises from these conditions. I love helping my patients grow and change.
We are out of network for all insurance but will file claims on your behalf electronically. We are certified in CBT-I to treat insomnia as well as EMDR. We care about your well-being and growth and want to help you move forward.
