Announcement icon Teletherapy is offered during COVID-19. If you're experiencing problems don't wait, I can help. Groups will continue to meet through Zoom.
I offer individual, family and group therapy. I specialize in using dance and drama therapy with individuals struggling with abuse, developmental/physical limitations, trauma and substance abuse. I offer a free telephone consultation. Each session has the opportunity to "move" instead of "sit" giving a chance to express feelings and emotions though your body. Achieving healing with mind and body. I can help those that have not had success with traditional therapies. During COVID-19 I will offer sessions on Zoom.
I specialize in working with children, teens and families. I am one of a few therapists specializing in working with young children (ages 2-6) that have experienced trauma and abuse. I specialize in working with children and adolescents; however, my clientele includes all ages in the spectrum of life.
I believe expressive art therapies are additional tools to traditional verbal therapies. Instead of only sitting and talking about your experiences you add the opportunity to get up and express them through dance, movement, and drama. If you learn by doing rather than talking this is the modality for you.
