I received a MA in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. I have been trained in several evidenced based modalities including EMDR, DBT, CBT, and Trauma Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. I hope to assist individuals in their journey by helping to build their "toolbox" of coping skills and assisting in processing through life events and trauma.
I believe the client/counselor relationship is crucial, especially the elements of mutual respect, cooperation, and confidentiality. I strive to help you better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while empowering you.
