I'm a LCSW-S, a Registered Yoga Teacher, Brainspotting trained, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Basically, I'm someone who loves helping people find their way back to themselves. I bring all of that into my work. I use a mix of things like Somatic therapies and talk therapy methods. all tools to help you connect your mind and body.

These next steps could be setting boundaries with family members, having difficult conversations, insight into your feelings, finding common humanity, and identifying how to protect your own energy. What this group isn’t -a place to bash any group of people -spreading hate - sitting in despair
