I see children, teens and adults in my practice and host various self-awareness and improvement workshops throughout the year. In session, we deal with issues as serious as anxiety, depression, mental illness, addiction, and PTSD and as common as everyday stress and relationship issues. I was born and raised in South Louisiana and feel that I understand our unique cultural prospective on life and how to live it in the healthiest way. In addition, as a trained professional in Diversity Inclusion Equity and Belonging, I welcome individuals from all cultures, gender identity, sexual orientation, and faiths.
I am trained in traditional talk therapy, hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, Trauma Therapy, EMDR, and various energy therapy modalities including Tapping. I believe in a holistic approach to emotional healing. I also am a Reiki practitioner and use it with hypnosis to help with emotional and trauma healing or any other challenge.
Appointments available morning, afternoon and evenings using the Counsol portal to set up all of your information and allowing you to choose your days and times. I accept Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Value Options, United Healthcare, Aetna and Gilsbar Insurance. I also accept cash payments and will assist you in filing any insurance not listed above.
