My behavioral background working with autistic children, and my own lived ADHD experience shape my approach. A primary goal in our work will be advocating for you and helping you learn to advocate for yourself.
As a Neuroqueer therapist, I offer affirming, flexible therapy across all ages with affordable options and an eclectic approach rooted in behavioral principles, play, emotion-focused, strength-based, and person-centered work. I bring warmth, humor, and tools, to support anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, trauma, PTSD, coping, and emotional-regulation.

This 8–10 week online play therapy group uses a simplified tabletop RPG (like Dungeons & Dragons) to support adults with ADHD, autism, anxiety, or depression.
