I have experience helping children and adolescents process big emotions as well as adults struggling with anxiety, self esteem and relationship issues. Through individualized care and compassion we will work together to recognize your strengths and let go of thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve you.

I have been an LPC for the eight years and was school counselor for fourteen. I recently transitioned out of my school counseling role to focus on visiting with clients in my private practice on a full time basis.
