Hi, I’m Angela, a Marriage Family Therapist. Therapy can be a vulnerable process, but when we open up to another person, growth and healing can begin. Everyone has a story and deserves to be able to share and process it. I approach clients as human beings and not as symptoms. I facilitate conversations to help you understand your struggles, analyze the root, and how they have affected your life. Every client comes with their own unique perspectives and strengths, and I value their story.
During my time as a therapist, I’ve worked closely with adults with persistent and severe mental health. I’ve worked with clients with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bipolar, schizophrenia disorders, communication issues, traumas, grief and loss, substance use, and personality disorders.
I have closely worked with clients who have experienced physical, emotional, verbal, and sexual abuse throughout their life. During my time as a therapist, I have seen how therapy can shape someone’s outlook. I have experience in EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution Focused utilize these modalities during individual sessions.
