I help individuals to create the future they envision for themselves as we work through past hurt, pain and trauma. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, motherhood and postpartum concerns, daily stressors, life transitions and addiction in a collaborative effort to best meet your personal needs. I specialize in perinatal concerns and addiction.
