I am a licensed psychologist with more than 25 years working with complex situations and dynamics. I use my background in evidence based therapies to bring a realistic, relational approach to therapy, helping people identify the barriers, consider what their emotions are telling them and finding a path forward. I am an expert in Bipolar Disorder, OCD, PTSD, Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, and Eating Disorders. I also work with things that don't fit in a box: advocacy, chronic medical conditions, boundaries in difficult relationships, menopause, complicated grief or something you can't yet identify. We can partner to grow your insight and strength in multiple areas.
My goal is to help you build up and reinforce a stable base for yourself while reducing stress. We do this together at your pace using tools from a variety of approaches. I also bring my experiences in hospitals, clinics, schools, court mediation, and career counseling to our work. In my personal life I am a parent, caregiver, musician, and adventurer.
