I have a therapeutic focus in the areas of eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, orthorexia, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), other specified feeding or eating disorder (OSFED), disordered eating, compulsive exercise and body image concerns. I also work with self esteem concerns, depression, anxiety, process and substance use disorders, coping skills, trauma, and PTSD. I specialize in treating adolescents and adults. My goal is to empower you to write the next chapter of your life.
I specialize in parts work (based on internal family systems theory), CBT, harm reduction, and attachment work. I am also trained in EMDR, which is an evidence-based modality for trauma and PTSD treatment. You are the expert on your experiences while I am the expert on mental health. Together, we build a great team.
