I am passionate about helping people heal from their pasts, rediscover their authenticity, and create a life worth living – all while learning how to ride the waves of life instead of being completely knocked down by them. Our life experiences can create pain, suffering, and an undercurrent of dread and anxiety that keeps us from living the life we want. At times it can feel like we are just barely getting by from moment to moment in a panicked fear, and other times it can feel like operating on autopilot – depressed, disconnected, and numb.
Sometimes we cannot pinpoint the reason we feel “off” and only want to feel better but don’t even know where to begin to change. That is when we ask for help. Of course, there is no magic formula for change. It is uncomfortable and can feel like things get worse before they get better, but you don’t have to do it alone.
