Hello! I’m Angela. My passion for mental health work comes from my own experiences and a desire to help others reach their full potential. I enjoy walking alongside each one of my clients in helping them through life challenges and obstacles. All of our experiences are deeply personal and unique to us which is why I tailor my therapeutic approach to best fit your needs and meet you where you are at.
I combine traditional therapeutic models like CBT, DBT, and Existential Therapy with holistic, mindfulness based and collaborative approaches. I have experience working with couples, women’s trauma, women's pre-natal and post-partum, anxiety, spiritual abuse, and depression.
