I am an LCPC with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. I enjoy working with clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, perimenopause, and life transitions. I'm experienced in helping members of the military and government, healthcare providers, educators, and fellow counselors.
