I work with individuals, couples, and families, taking a holistic and evidence-based approach to the diagnosis and treatment of depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders, as well as relationship and emotion regulation challenges. I specialize in work with parents during all stages of parenthood, focusing on practical approaches to improve daily functioning and development of a deeper understanding of the sensory and emotional needs of both themselves and their children. I also work with individuals and families impacted by adoption, including birth parents, pre-and post-adoptive parents, and adopted individuals.

I have extensive training in perinatal mental health and early childhood mental health, with a trauma-informed focus and attachment lens, and have been a peer support volunteer with Postpartum Support International since 2019. I am also trained in adoption competency, and understand the lifelong and unique needs of individuals impacted by adoption.

I know that it is not easy to reach out for help when you are feeling overwhelmed by life stressors. But I also know how healing and transformative it can be to connect with a provider who builds you up as the expert of your own experience, and who helps you identify practical solutions to your problems.
