Hello, I'm Angela Merwin, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I work with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, eating disorders or disordered eating, chronic dieting or health and lifestyle challenges, identity crisis, chronic stress, relationship struggles, and more. I believe in empowerment, breaking down barriers, exploring core values, and balancing acceptance and change.
I offer both mental health counseling and nutrition counseling. Through nutrition counseling, my goal is to help you learn to nourish your brain and body in an empowered way. Each individual is unique, and working on figuring out your unique needs and building skills to implement it into your lifestyle allows us to approach your health in a holistic way.
