Accepting NEW clients! I have experience working from youth ages 4-17 and adults ages 18-70. My experiences have been primarily working with individuals with anxiety, depression, adhd, and trauma. I work with you to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I help with life transitions, grief processing, and stress management however, this isn't a comprehensive list. I offer approaches from an eclectic background but I am solution focused primarily.
