I have experience working from youth ages 4-17 and adults ages 18-60. My experiences have been primarily working with teens & young adults with anxiety, depression, adhd, trauma, and parenting concerns. I work with you to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I help with life transitions, grief processing, and stress management however, this isn't a comprehensive list. I offer approaches from an eclectic background but I am solution focused primarily.
