An experienced LPC with 28yrs (over 25 yrs post-masters) behavioral health experience working with people across the lifespan. My hope is to work with persons struggling with anxiety, depression & relationships, to improve their lives. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief & bereavement. Expertise in working with persons who struggle with addictions, anger management, antisocial behavior, personality, mood and other mental health disorders, parenting/child issues, boundaries, family/couple issues, stress, trauma, military service/spouse, etc in working towards reduction of pain & barriers to their best life.
