My 13 years of cumulative experience includes individuals struggling with personal and interpersonal difficulties. I have extensive experience in working with adolescents, short term therapy with adults and children, as well as community based groups including anger management and cognitive behavioral groups.
My strengths include working with adolescents as well as adults within an individual or family system. I actively utilize therapy to draw on the strengths of the individual. Working within the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) perspective I help to challenge negative thoughts to help a person achieve new outcomes.
