You might also be wondering, “Where do I go from here?” I specialize in working with individuals diagnosed with chronic illness, especially cancer, various forms of grief/loss, aging, end-of-life conversations, life transitions, anxiety and depression.
I've spent the last 7 years of my career working in hospice and oncology. Illness and grief/loss often isolate and disconnect us from life. Together, we will work to reconnect with what makes you feel most vital. In therapy, I take an integrative approach in holding space, being present and inviting compassion while often leaning on ACT, Mindfulness & DBT.
