Using EMDR and Integrative Body Psychotherapy, I help clients take charge of their lives, increase confidence, energy, and well-being. I help adults manage and overcome social problems, ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, addictions, family and relationship issues, trauma, abuse, divorce, and loss. I have 20 years experience as a therapist assisting individuals and families and forensic clients involved in the criminal justice system. I also have a Masters in Public Health.
I offer a nurturing, safe and comfortable office with free parking. As a former Peace Corps volunteer, I have an international background and welcome clients from diverse cultures. During the pandemic, I offer teletherapy for health and essential workers and welcome clients struggling with major life changes and / or loss of a loved one. Be well.
