My therapeutic approach primarily incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, complemented by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I believe that while we cannot change the past, we have the power to alter our responses to it, reshape our thoughts, and take control of our present and future actions. I am working towards becoming a registered play therapist.
My practice focuses on helping individuals address a wide range of challenges, including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, autism, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, relationship issues, parenting concerns, anger management, OCD, trauma, grief, PTSD, phobias, panic disorder, substance use, and social anxiety
