Welcome, I'm happy to share a little about my practice with you. I've been practicing for 15 years using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT and CBT-I), solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), relapse and crisis prevention, and EMDR. Over the years I've worked with numerous populations that include individuals, families, adolescents and active duty service members in acute and geriatric psychiatry, as well as in women's health and outpatient settings. My practice centers on trauma informed care and holistic wellness. I have rooted my practice in understanding the impact of adverse childhood events and I have advanced training in EMDR.
