About
Are you looking for support navigating life’s challenges or adjusting to transitions related to loss or life stages? Would you like to improve your self esteem, develop communication skills, decrease problem thoughts or behaviors or learn skills to regulate your emotions and moods? Do you want to feel more connected to yourself or others? If you are seeking balance, ease of mind, and improved perspective mindfulness based psychotherapy is an excellent way to begin.
I aim to help you achieve your personal goals and to support you in appreciating your own strengths, values and innate wisdom. Mindfulness based psychotherapy may include insight oriented reflections, meditation, breathing exercises, gratitude practice and exercises to build self awareness and self compassion.
I will bring a compassionate and intuitive presence to our sessions. Areas of focus may include acceptance, self awareness, loving kindness, self care practice, self inquiry, cultivation of joy and empathy. Please call with questions or if you would like to discuss working together.
