Facilitated by an experienced clinician, this group will address key concerns that many teens face in a safe, trauma-informed space. Learn how to cope with a variety of common challenges and practice skills in real time with supportive peers. Topics include: coping with anxiety and depression, substance use and other risk behaviors, self-esteem, irritability/angry outbursts, social skills, stress (family, social, academic), healthy ways to talk about suicidal thoughts and self-harm, and more!
