I am an EMDRIA trained EMDR therapist, and I have a master’s degree in clinical mental health with 7 years of counseling experience and a specialization in addictions and co-occurring mental health disorders.
I am a licensed counselor in Colorado (LAC) and I focus on modification of lifestyle behaviors, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and encouraging self-awareness through motivational interviewing. Additionally, I focus on trauma, mood and anxiety related disorders, self-esteem, challenges related to life transitions, and addiction disorders.
