Congratulations on an important step towards healing. I specialize in trauma and am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting and Somatic interventions. My approach is to provide a safe, caring and non-judgmental environment that fosters healing by establishing a collaborative and trusting relationship. My passion is working with individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, the negative impact of substance abuse, or any multitude of life stressors faced on a daily basis. My background includes more than 23 years of professional experience in mental health counseling and crisis intervention.
My approach utilizes motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and various humanistic (the study of the whole person) approaches that fully address the unique differences in the many and varied challenges facing my clients. I am here to assist you with the best, warmest and most compassionate care possible.
