I work with populations from children to senior adults. I have worked in various clinical settings including state and local hospitals, group homes, in-home, and a university counseling center. I have over 30 years of experience providing individual, group, and couples counseling, along with training programs, and seminars on various topics.
I work with individuals with serious mental illnesses, women's issues, trauma, substance abuse problems, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and anger issues. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy. This technique is to empower the client so they are able to remain a stable force when faced with adversity.
