I’m an EMDR certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20+ years of experience specializing in trauma-informed care and holistic mental wellness. I’ve worked with diverse populations from adolescents to active-duty service members, in settings ranging from acute psychiatry to outpatient care. My approach blends evidence-based therapies like EMDR, CBT, CBT-I, and SFBT to help clients heal, build resilience, and navigate life. In the span of my career, I've worked with numerous populations that include individuals in acute and outpatient psychiatry, as well as perinatology, and active duty special operations service members.
I work best with adults who are ready to explore meaningful change, whether they're navigating the effects of trauma, managing chronic stress, or working through life transitions. Many of my clients have a history of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), trauma, depression anxiety, sleep disruption, or emotional burnout or relationship challenges.
I prioritize creating a genuine connection by taking the time to engage deeply and build strong rapport. My communication is thoughtful, empathetic, and patient, allowing space for you to express yourself openly and feel truly heard. I believe that trust and understanding are the foundation of effective therapy.
