I provide clients with tools for relaxation and self-discovery, empowering them on their journey.
Techniques: mindfulness, meditation, imagination, ritual, creativity, mythology, humor, CBT, and play to reinforce the unfolding process. Additionally, I incorporate methodologies from western conventional medicine and when appropriate, holistic traditional earth & spiritual based cultures.
