I know what it is like to live in a psychological prison, trying to "stay strong" while repeating the narrative "I'm ok!". You don't have to go on this journey alone. The common thread amongst all clientele is a desire for positive change. At times one may need a helping hand to guide them on their journey in a therapeutic, environment. My passion is to empower individuals and give them a sense of hope and an opportunity to "get their power back, especially as it relates to substance use disorders(SUD). I have an innate ability to meet others where they are and to help those who struggle with addiction to finally break free and live a life they are proud of.
I know change is difficult, and at times very uncomfortable but it is not impossible. If you are an ex offender struggling with adjusting to society/and or SUD; I can help you. My goal is to guide individuals on their journey to wholeness, peace, happiness, and mental freedom while finding the root cause of maladaptive behaviors.
