I work well with anyone motivated to create positive change in their life. I also work with highly sensitive people who feel their emotions deeply and have unique gifts to offer the world due to their sensitivities. I use a variety of Family Systems therapies and a Mindfulness Meditation-based approach built on self-compassion and mind-body-spirit awareness.
I have fourteen years of experience working in the mental health field. I foster a safe, empathic, non-judgmental, creative, and collaborative space for you to be with your process, whatever that may look and feel like for you. My lens is relationally-based, trauma informed, and culturally sensitive.
