I offer flexible week to week scheduling. I work from a trauma-informed lens to help you cope with difficult emotions and behavioral patterns. I will work with you to target your goals for therapy so that you can live life without paralyzing anxiety or depression. I am a general practitioner and work with women in a broad array of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting difficulties, work-life balance, codependency, substance abuse, domestic violence while providing gender-affirming care. I provide online therapy to women in California with flexible scheduling.
I know that you can feel like yourself again. The path to self-discovery will have its up and downs, but if you persevere, you will feel alive again. I do not change people’s lives but I am a guide to help you learn how to set healthy boundaries, how to stop people pleasing, how to trust your instincts, and how leave toxic situations. Contact me today!
I create a safe and nurturing space for you to share your true self in a non-judgmental setting so that you may reach your greatest potential. You can share your genuine self with me as we explore your thought and behavioral patterns to learn more helpful ways to live a life you are content with.

Groups
Healing from a Narcissistic Mother

This educational group is for adults identifying as female who grew up with a narcissistic mother/female caregiver. You will have space to talk about your life experiences, as we discuss strategies, patterns of behavior and ways of reclaiming and developing your true self. When growing up with a narcissistic parent, your emerging self is often punished or invalidated. Perhaps your normal needs were dismissed, leaving you with an imprint of shame in adulthood - then this class is for you. Group runs virtually in California for 8 weeks on Wednesdays 12:00-1:00 pm beginning October 4th. $45/class.
