I consider it a true honor to journey with clients through times of difficulty, pain, change, and growth. Whether you are facing internal struggles such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, or difficulties in marriage, family, or personal relationships, I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space to journey together and support you in your goals. Since many of our difficulties and struggles have roots in traumatic or overwhelming experiences, I work holistically with the body, mind, emotions, and soul, to help you process pain and work with existing patterns and cycles to try something new. There is hope and support for you here.
Primarily using an Emotionally Focused and Trauma-Informed approach, I work with clients to explore the emotions and layers under the surface that fuel disruptive behaviors and cause pain and conflict within oneself and in relationships. I aim to help couples, families, siblings, and friends establish safety and security in relationship and within oneself.
