Hello, I'm Angela, a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about listening to people's stories. My journey into counseling began with a childhood interest in behavioral health. With experience spanning across children, adolescents, adults, and couples, I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, life changes, grief, trauma, and disordered eating. Drawing from both professional training and personal life as a wife and mother, I provide empathetic and effective care.
I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Existential Therapy. Additionally, I am open to incorporating faith, being a Catholic Christian.
