Hi, I’m Angela, a Licensed Professional Counselor who loves hearing people’s stories and helping them navigate life’s challenges. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, life transitions, grief, trauma, and disordered eating. I draw from both professional training and personal experience as a wife and mother to provide meaningful, relatable care. Using CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Existential approaches—and faith-based guidance when desired—I help clients find growth, healing, and balance.
My journey into counseling began with a childhood interest in behavioral health. With experience spanning across children, adolescents, adults, and couples, I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, life changes, grief, trauma, and disordered eating. I provide empathetic and effective care.
I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Existential Therapy. Additionally, I am open to incorporating faith, being a Catholic Christian.
