I am a Licensed Professional Counselor/Art Therapist, and I have a wide range of experience working with clients of all ages. In addition to providing online counseling to clients during the last three years, I have worked with children in special education, elderly adults in hospice, and provided art therapy as well as individual counseling to patients who suffer from addictions and/or severe and persistent mental illness in a psychiatric hospital.
As for my therapeutic approaches, I consider myself to be open minded, flexible, and willing to provide whatever would be best suited for each client I work with. I have a humanistic approach and can provide Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
My clients will feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood as we work towards developing self-awareness, acceptance, solutions, and coping strategies for whatever issues they are struggling with.
