I employ a solution focused/strengths based, psychodynamic, and logotherapeutic approach. I believe therapy is driven by the client, and I tailor my approach to each individual.
I have worked with diverse populations undergoing crises. I have an extensive background in sexual assault work as well as with high conflict couples, interpersonal and intimacy issues, familial discord, parenting difficulties, and substance related concerns.
