Mountain Trail Counseling Services

We are an outpatient therapy group, helping people with anxiety, depression, life transitions, couples counseling, parenting, and communication skills. One's therapy journey can be like hiking through the mountains--there are times where you feel you are walking uphill for miles, while other times, you enjoy a downhill pace. The views can be stunning, but the wilderness can also be a dangerous place if you stray from the path. This natural phenomenon mirrors are own journey--life is full of challenges. However, if we follow the path and work through these trials, we can be rewarded with spectacular views.
