The focus of treatment should be based on the needs and goals of the individual. My goal is to partner with you to provide a safe place where you can feel heard, supported, and develop the tools to meet whatever challenges you are facing. Forms of therapy utilized include Grief Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (TF-CBT), DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
I have worked with children, teens, and adults in various treatment settings. This includes In-Home, Outpatient, Inpatient, Partial Hospitalization, Group Home, and Residential Treatment. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, grief, parenting concerns, relationship issues, and social skills development. I am Certified in Grief and TF-CBT.
