Over the past 20 years, I have worked in community mental health, a college counseling center, and an organization that focuses on older adolescents. I work to meet my clients where they are at while offering skills, insights, and support to help them achieve their goals. I have appreciated knowing how the brain works and that we can choose, if we wish, to modify approaches to experience different outcomes. When we are in our darkest moments, it can be reassuring to know you have someone there to support you through it.
