With over 15 years of experience working with adults and adolescents, my practice utilizes Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based approaches. I continue to educate my self on the most up-to-date, cutting edge approaches; EMDR,VR, etc. With that being said, no two people are the same and I personalize the needs of each individual. My goal is to build coping skills and restore self-confidence that can be utilized for a lifetime of mental wellness.
My career includes private practice, community mental health, and high schools. I am passionate about helping adults, adolescents, athletes, women, and people dealing with past trauma.
